This full time position and will be performed in the designated greater Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area and virtually as identified.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analyzing and documenting current business processes, as identified by management.
- Will work with process owners, participants, and end users to develop and implement improved business models.
- Responsible for facilitating the creation and tracking of performance indicators to measure and report on the results of the process change.
- Review and analyze procedures and operating policies to assess their effectiveness, provide evaluations, information and written recommendations.
- Research and resolve problems.
- Bachelor’s (Management/Business) 8 years of experience
- Public Trust Clearance (US Citizenship)
