Perform routine and complex financial investigations for a numerous customers, to include Human Resources, Integrity & Compliance, and all SBG's. You will be required to prepare clear and concise investigative reports based upon findings as a result of your investigation. You will be responsible for preparing training materials based upon identified gaps and act as a subject matter expert and assist in training HR Generalist and other Honeywell employees assigned business conduct investigations.

• Teach investigative skills
• Work with HR and Legal
• Provide briefings

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of Financial Investigative experience
• 2+ years of Microsoft Word
• Ability to write, read and speak English

WE VALUE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law or Accounting.
• Knowledge of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA)
• Knowledge of Compliance and Auditing practices.
• Experience in investigations and compliance
• Some experience in corporate security, law enforcement or intelligence agency
• Ability to talk to people

• Ability to prioritize work
• Proven judgment, decision making and problem solving
