Perform routine and complex financial investigations for a numerous customers, to include Human Resources, Integrity & Compliance, and all SBG's. You will be required to prepare clear and concise investigative reports based upon findings as a result of your investigation. You will be responsible for preparing training materials based upon identified gaps and act as a subject matter expert and assist in training HR Generalist and other Honeywell employees assigned business conduct investigations.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of Financial Investigative experience
- 2+ years of Microsoft Word
- Ability to write, read and speak English
WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law or Accounting.
- Knowledge of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA)
- Knowledge of Compliance and Auditing practices.
- Experience in investigations and compliance
- Some experience in corporate security, law enforcement or intelligence agency
- Ability to talk to people

- Ability to prioritize work
- Proven judgment, decision making and problem solving
