SUMMARY
The Senior HRIS Analyst, People Analytics & Integrations is a senior-level position within the HRIS team structure. This individual contributor role is responsible for proactively building and executing all facets of the enterprise People Analytics Strategy; specifically, establishing HR analytics and standards that support the HR Functions, Field HR, and Business Leadership needs. The Sr. People Analytics Analyst works closely with Enterprise Leadership to establish standard metric definitions that will be used to benchmark across the organization, as well as develop specific metrics that support unique business lines and initiatives. Finally, the Sr. People Analytics Analyst partners with other Network functions on cross-functional initiatives that require HR related data.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Leads the development and execution of the Network’s People Analytics strategy.
- Identifies and implements tools and metrics to support overall strategy. Continuously enhances solutions as portfolio usage matures.
- Works with all levels of network leadership to promote the use of people data to support workforce decision making by developing standard performance metrics to be used across the network.
- Works with Stakeholders to understand the need for standard metric definitions.
- Delivers regular and ad-hoc reporting solutions using portfolio of technologies including Workday Reporting, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Prism.
- Capture customer requirements, build data models, and use Workday’s Prism analytics tool to build datasets using Workday and non-Workday data.
- Review and test enhancements that are rolled out through Workday releases. Identify where the organization can benefit and embrace new functionality.
- Support and troubleshoot any issues that are raised to HRIS through ServiceNow case management.
- Responsible for supporting and in some cases leading projects related to Workday or HRIS.
- Responsible for system configuration and administration of assigned functional modules. Partners with HR Subject Matter Experts on functional requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment activities.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
Minimum Degree: Bachelor’s Degree
Course of Study: Business, Computer Science or other-related field
EXPERIENCE
- Significant experience as an HR Data Reporting and Analytics Analyst supporting large organizations using ERP Human Capital Management Systems.
- 5 or more years in development and support of Human Capital Management Systems.
- 3 or more years working with Workday Reporting. Workday Prism experience highly preferred.
