Job Description

In this role, you will work with our HR Team to help them set up and maintain various HRIS systems, including but not limited to functions in ADP Workforce Now such as Benefits, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, Time Off, Workflows, Self-Service and more. You will serve as an ADP subject matter expert (SME) with the ability to solve issues quickly, refine and roll out functionality and processes, and maintain the integrity of the data within the platform. You’ll also support the end users on processes and reporting within ADP to help drive efficiency and enable access to key information.  As the ADP SME, knowing the ins and outs of the system will be critical for success in the role.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Researches, analyzes and makes recommendation(s) for new and/or enhanced HRIS functionality to meet business needs. Serves as internal Project Manager on implementations and interfaces with internal customers to ensure solution continuity.
  • Manages system updates and adoption of new features, including configuration, testing, training, & go-live/production.
  • Identifies and implements process improvements, ensuring data quality and documentation of new and enhanced procedures.
  • Works with HR and appropriate internal and external partners to define procedures for HR processes that involve systems (benefits, compensation, performance, onboarding, etc.); and documents and maintains HCM procedures, user documentation (job aids and guides), work instructions/SOPs
  • Develops and maintains workforce analytic reports, dashboards, and metrics to support HR and the organization.
  • Provides analytical support to Human Resources and leaders to create, prepare, maintain, and support a variety of reports utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Creates ad hoc analyses as needed.
  • Maintains HRIS databases integrity, quality and accuracy through audits, reconciliation, and correction of data.
  • Serves as a resource to troubleshoot all HR system-related issues and ensures timely problem resolution.
  • Collaborates with the HR and Payroll/Accounting Team(s) and trains and/or coaches internal system users.
  • May perform data input for new hires, terminations, job and pay changes, benefits as needed.
  • Ensures all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or related field and/or equivalent professional work experience required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of previous HR systems experience is required, with ADP-WFN experience also required.
  • Experience in analyzing HRIS data and HR performance metrics
  • Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing data audits
