As a Sr. Global Learning Designer, you will be critical in the identification, development and deployment of learning content and a key go-to for needs analysis and design expertise across the company with a strong focus on Leadership initiatives. Your consultative skillset allows you to partner effectively with global HRBPs, subject matter experts and business leaders to design and develop learning solutions that support employee success. Your experience in adult learning and instructional design enables you to enhance solutions you borrow from others and build unique solutions when opportunities arise.
This position will serve our Enterprise Division located in Atlanta, GA.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Collaborate with leadership and employees using needs analysis best practices to understand key learning challenges.
Design, develop, and implement learning solutions with a global mindset to create meaningful development experiences.
Connect internal clients with other internal and external support to help create optimal solutions.
Support HRBPs and learning leaders globally as a subject-matter expert and thought leader in learning and leadership development.
Support ongoing effort to embed competency model and supporting behaviors appropriately.
Manage external learning vendor relationships.
Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives, and use customer feedback to continuously improve the quality and impact of learning solutions.
Research and recommend emerging concepts in the leadership development and learning space.
Create functional and constructive partnerships with our Talent Management Leads, which will lead to truly collaborative and employee-focused programs.
WHAT YOU NEED
Bachelor's degree required with 7 years of relevant experience in instructional design, adult learning, learning and development or a related discipline
Familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and the ability to use those tools for collaboration and learning
Instructional Design expertise (e.g., Articulate/Rise 360/Camtasia) preferred
Experience with Cornerstone LMS, off the shelf leadership solutions, and custom leadership solutions preferred
Experience launching new initiatives from needs analysis to operationalizing the final product preferred
Ability and desire to work both as a team member and independently
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong business acumen with attention to detail
Problem solver, who seeks to find and solve for the root cause of problems versus falling in love with a particular solution
