Ingram Content Group (ICG) is currently recruiting for a Sr. Full-Stack Software Engineer, JAVA join our Production Systems team in LaVergne, TN (Greater Nashville area). This individual will leverage the latest software development technologies as a basis for agile application development in analysis, architecture, design, development, and integration of one or more internal systems, and/or business applications including testing of systems in compliance with development standards. The Senior Engineer will also have a passion for making others better through collaboration and sharing best practices.

You'll be part of a team creating and extending the industry leading platform for content distribution to partners across the world. The ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or directly related year for year experience
- Proficiency designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise level IT solutions with full-stack software development using Java (6 years' experience)
We have a preference for:
- Familiarity with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML and CSS
- Expertise in DevSecOps/CI/CD and Test-Driven Development
- Expertise deploying applications in cloud
- Experience in Microservice Architecture
- Passion for open-source community
- Experience and enthusiasm for mentoring a group of developers
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
The Senior Engineer's key responsibilities are:
- Develops and modifies internal and external facing software applications
- Provides full application development life cycle support including specifications, prototypes, unit tests and risk assessments
- Works with team members to identify and enforce design patterns, standards, etc.
- Explores new technologies and development techniques
- Coordinates with users and product owners to gather requirements
- Provides on-call support on a rotating basis for all production-related problems, including support during non-business hours. May be required to provide support as a backup to the on-call associate where key knowledge exists.
