Position Summary:
Last year, Kraft Heinz stood up an Agile Organization dedicated to accelerating big bet innovations of the future. The team is focused on supporting the renovations of major existing brands (BDTV) and establishing the foundations of the disruptive brands of the future (ADI). This role will be directly responsible for:

• Brand Design to Value (BDTV): Provide the necessary financial thought leadership and support for the big renovation bets on existing Kraft Heinz brands (cost outs, product premiumization).
  • Task Examples: Leading Zone BDTV Reviews, developing Sku level PnLs, benchmarking Sku profitability, analyzing cost in/out opportunities, producing IRR models
• Agile Disruptive Innovation (ADI): Providing broad financial related support to our disruptive innovation pods and associated businesses.
  • Task Examples: Standing up rituals and routines, building out financial models, maintaining full PnL forecasts, integrating Joint Venture businesses into KraftHeinz

Responsibilities

• Lead (finance) participant for selected Agile Disruptive Innovation (ADI) and Brand Design to Value (BDTV) Pods
• Develop proxy sku PnLs per new innovations throughout the commercialization process
• Participate in BDTV and ADI Monthly Reviews with the BU's Growth Finance Leaders
• Regularly meet with the BU finance teams (FP&A and Growth Finance) to ensure financial accuracy and flawless innovation execution
• Evaluate, and implement, continuous process improvement per ADI + BDTV
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure that the projects in the innovation pipeline are aligned with business needs and financials are integrated into the IBP process
• Multi-faceted role participating in multiple key strategic initiatives representing finance

Qualifications:

• BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required
• 2+ Years of experience in finance or accounting
• Previous work in Agile Work and/or Innovation Finance is helpful, but not required
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and Tableau experience
• Previous experience in project management and process improvement
• Good analytical and financial models skills
• Proven/excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hard working, capable of coping with pressure and deadlines
