The Opportunity:  We have an exciting opportunity for an Accountant supporting the Resource Industries Operations & Product Division (RIOP).  In this role, you will lead RIOP’s Operating & Execution (O&E) reporting and analysis in addition to be a model for our global finance strategy.  The position supports RIOP leadership, product groups and facilities while also working closely with other divisions within Resource Industries.

What You Will Do:

  • Support RIOP’s O&E, Deep Dive and Executive Office Reviews
  • Analyze and review RIOP OPACC Improvement Agenda (OIA) results
  • Work closely with the enterprise O&E and segment team as well as complete various requests
  • Consolidate and prepare Transformational Target and investor day curves
  • Analyze and review Accountable Reporting Tool (ART), OPACC Analysis Tool (OAT) and Share of Market OPACC (SMO) updates
  • Power BI development and maintenance for O&E reporting
  • Partner with the business to provide deeper strategic insights and solve challenges with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Influence our finance culture by demonstrating desired behaviors, including but not limited to continuous improvement

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:  Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools for Financial Reporting; ability to apply finance knowledge appropriately to diverse situations as well as read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material
  • Vision for Change:  See opportunities for change and establish the big picture vision as well as drive thinking and planning towards a long-term strategic goal

Top Candidates Will Have:

  • Accounting or Finance degree
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis experience

Additional Info :

  • This position can be located in our Peoria, IL office
  • This role is a full time, Hybrid position and currently requires 3 days a week in office
