Zurich North America is currently looking for a Senior Finance Performance Analyst to join our Finance Actuarial Planning & Performance Management Team based out of our North American Headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois.
While this position will be based out of our Schaumburg Headquarters, we are offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. You will collaborate with your manager to set a schedule that supports you, your customers, and the team.
The Finance Actuarial Planning & Expense Management Team is responsible for…
Communicating timelines, requirements and acting as the first point of contact for performance management activities including business unit reviews, quarterly financial reviews, and other executive communications
Developing written communications that convey a cohesive story, including development of analysis and commentary, to a broad range of executive audiences (e.g., Group Planning & Performance Management, local and Group Board of Directors, investors, Rating Agencies)
Leading / Supporting the preparation of key messages, reporting and financial analysis to brief executive leadership teams on actual and projected financial results
Conducting recurring and ad hoc analyses to help Finance leadership understand performance drivers for over/under-performance against the forecast and/or Plan
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Strategic and Operational Consulting area.
Preferred Qualifications:
Insurance industry experience
Project management experience
CPA, CPCU, CFA or CTP
Strong Microsoft Office experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
