Responsible for providingtactical analyticsand support related to actual month endaccounting,financial planning,reporting and analysisof all controllablefinancial statements. Assist with the development of annual operating plans, strategic financial plans & quarterly forecasts for controllablefinancial statements. Providefinancial analysissupport to GBEleadershipon key business components. Assist in development of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial presentations to GBE and SBUleadership. Participate in continuous improvement of theFP&Aorganization to allow faster response and a deeper level of analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

• Tacticaland Strategic Analytical Support including support of engineering program analytics.
• Present complex financial issues in a concise manner appropriate for executive review.
• Communicate financial results and metrics on a timely basis.
• Anticipate the needs of customers; focus work processes oncustomer satisfaction.
• Handle ambiguity and function effectively in a matrix organization.
• Ability to develop digital solutions using SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI desired.

You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree inAccounting,Financeor Business discipline.
• 3 plus years of directly relatedaccounting/financial analysisexperience in progressively responsible roles.

We Value:

• Advanced degree and/or CPA/CMA is desirable.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as SAP, Business Objects, HANA, Tableau, Alteryx, and Essbase (or similar tools) desired.
• Strongfinancial analysisskills that enable development and evaluation of complex business transactions.
• Strong personal computer skills and knowledge of Aerofinancial reportingtools.
• Written andverbal communication skills, includingpresentationskills, with ability to influence others quickly and positively.
• Demonstrated ability to develop solid working relationships.
