Location: Glenview, IL (hybrid 1st 2 weeks per month is M-Th onsite, 2nd 2 weeks is T-Th onsite. Should be willing to occasionally do some after hours work to support globally based personnel.

Description:
Client requires an End User Support Specialist. This person will act as L3 escalation point for the Service Desk. They should be proficient troubleshooting desktop and laptop software issues, use of back-up tools, end point protection, SCCM backend, anti-virus software, etc. The computing environment is largely Microsoft 365. Does not require an SCCM engineer, but someone who has used SCCM to deploy software, for instance. Anti-virus software they are using is Cylance, but they do not need Cylance specifically.
