What You'll Do:
We’re looking for a Sr. Education Strategist to join our team. In this role, You will provide consulting services on best practice education strategies based on participant market research and client specific demographics to field service and sales force and clients through cost effective recommendations and innovative solutions.
- Promote, educate, and communicate participant education product offering and story to field sales and service, advisors, plan sponsors and key internal audiences.
- Apply participant market research and plan demographics to provide education strategies to our most complex institutional clients.
- Independently research, develop and coordinate sophisticated, high impact solutions/opportunities related to business needs.

Who You Are:
- 6 years of related work experience or equivalent proven through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Effectively communicate technical features of qualified retirement plan products
- Manage responsibilities effectively, be creative, and have good problem solving, analytical, and multitasking skills
- Travel is required (approximately 20-30%)

- Knowledge of Qualified Plans (401k plans, 403b, Pension plans); including investments, plan design, administration, services, compliance, and marketing strongly preferred
- Effective presentation skills, influence, and negotiation skills

Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $77350 - $147600 / year Time Off Program: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Additional Information:
Location
This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
