ADP is hiring a Sr. Director, Strategy – Resiliency and Risk 

 

We are actively seeking a Strategy Leader to head our Resiliency and Risk Organization, with a specific emphasis on Product Resiliency and Disaster Recovery. This role requires a candidate who can excel in strategic visioning and roadmap development for our Resiliency organization, integrating deep operational expertise with a strong focus on product resilience and disaster recovery planning.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vision and Roadmap Development: Craft and execute a clear vision and strategic roadmap for the Resiliency organization, focusing on enhancing product resilience and establishing robust disaster recovery processes.
  • Operational Integration: Apply extensive operations experience to embed Resiliency and Risk management within our operational practices, ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution.
  • Collaboration with Key Teams: Partner with Business, Product, and Development teams to integrate resiliency throughout the product lifecycle, enhancing the stability and recoverability of our products.
  • Risk Management Leadership: Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks, especially those impacting product resilience and disaster recovery.
  • Innovative Resiliency Solutions: Lead the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of emerging risks and enhance product resilience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Maintain active communication with stakeholders, aligning the resiliency strategies with the broader business goals.
  • Team Building and Development: Cultivate a team focused on advancing the organization’s product Resiliency and disaster recovery capabilities.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of the Resiliency and disaster recovery strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in strategic planning, risk management, and operations, with emphasis on product Resiliency and disaster recovery.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing strategic visions and roadmaps.
  • In-depth knowledge of product lifecycle management, disaster recovery planning, and Risk management principles.
  • Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability and effectiveness in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
