We're seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Operations and Strategy to lead our Revenue Operations team and help lead and optimize our sales and customer strategy. Your mission will be to increase revenue growth through high performing processes, systems, analytics and enablement across sales, customer success, and marketing.
We are looking for someone who thrives on creating order from chaos and is motivated to empower the success of a complex B2B revenue org. You'll be hands-on in building out many of the disciplines of Revenue Operations and serving as the principal operations voice for the Burnalong business within the broader Tivity Health organization. That means you're used to balancing the strategic and tactical while building a high degree of credibility at all levels of the organization (C-suite to IC).
Responsibilities:
- Sales Process & Methodology: Architect and optimize the sales/CS UX, continually improve cross-functional processes, and provide data-driven recommendations to maximize sales efficiency to support outstanding execution.
- Strategy: Help lead and optimize the overall sales strategy and customer success growth and retention strategy.
- Sales Forecasting: Design and manage the processes to support accurate and timely sales forecasting and instill the same level of rigor in our renewal motion.
- GTM Technology Management: Ensure the effective administration of Salesforce, Apollo, Chorus, Zoominfo and critically evaluate other third-party tools, overhauling the stack when necessary to drive efficiencies and improve team performance across GTM.
- GTM Planning and Compensation: Recommend compensation plans and incentive schemes in concert with the finance team and drive account segmentation and territory structure(s) based on historical performance and other predictive analytics.
- Funnel Optimization: Work closely with Demand Generation on campaign optimization, lead scoring/routing, and opportunity nurturing
- Team Management: Help to hire, onboard, and guide top talent to own business systems while also supporting our Head of Sales, CS, and Enablement.
- 8+ years of sales operations experience, preferably within high-growth technology environment, PE-backed experience a plus.
- Ability to translate GTM needs and complex business problems into actionable requirements and project milestones.
- History of driving significant change initiatives across sales, CS, Operations and marketing, and to navigate multiple product and business lines.
- Sophisticated data analytics experience (Excel, SFDC reporting), Tableau experience a big plus.
- Advanced knowledge of revenue-driving support systems and tools like Salesforce, Apollo, Gong/Chorus, ZenDesk, and others, in supporting high performing GTM teams.
- Previous people leadership experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to handle multiple competing priorities.
- You get things done, partly because you're in the weeds on the details and are tenacious about action-oriented follow through.
