Summary
Reporting to the Vice President of FP&A, the selected candidate will be part of a highly visible Global FP&A team and work closely with Senior Management, Regional Finance, and Corporate Accounting.
Key responsibilities of the role will include, but not be limited to, managing month-end reporting, contributing to the annual budget and long-range strategic planning processes, and preparing materials for lenders calls and board of directors meetings. This role will also provide frequent ad hoc analyses to support initiatives such as new product launches and business case analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex financial modeling, and will be confident and motivated while leading a team to effect positive change throughout the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages the process for monthly reporting which is utilized by senior leadership and reported to the board of directors and private equity investors.
• Develop, manage, and refine the company's monthly, annual, and long-range financial planning processes, ensuring close coordination and accountability of key stakeholders. Develop optimized process for quarterly forecasts and annual budget processes for the global organization, inclusive of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
• Acts as a business partner with commercial and functional leaders to enhance the understanding and analysis of finance concepts and business trends.
• Assists with the preparation of the consolidated long-range plan, budgets and forecasted results.
• Analyzes financial results, trends, and metrics monthly and meets with regional finance leaders to discuss results.
• Communicates key variances, impacts, and drivers of the consolidated financial results to Senior Management and other key stakeholders.
• Manages the development of business cases and financial models as required by the company's strategic direction.
• Provides ad hoc analysis to finance leadership and also participates in special cross-functional projects as needed.
• In addition to formal management responsibilities, this leader will help build a culture of data-driven, financially sound decision making throughout the organization.

Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

• Must have advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience in consolidation tools are a plus; previous experience with SAP preferred.
• Proficient in business analytics and financial modeling.
• Working knowledge of GAAP reporting rules and regulations.
• Strong business acumen, possessing an ability to clearly articulate a plan and manage the necessary details to deliver the plan by leveraging resources across the organization.
• Strong leadership skills and an optimism and natural drive to deliver results.
• Strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to challenge the status quo for the good of the organization are required.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with all levels of management.

Education and/or Experience

• BS/BA in finance, accounting, or economics; MBA or advanced degree in related field preferred, but not required
• Minimum of ten years of work experience in a similar setting.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
CPA preferred but not required.
