Purpose of Role
Generate visual assets and design layouts on-time that deliver on the creative brief and meet creative standards
to become a brand of choice.
Key Accountabilities Include
• Ensures creative assignments are completed on-time and visually articulate the creative brief
• Ensures connection with customers by using consistent emotional visual storytelling in every touchpoint
• Ensure design work represents the brand and style guide accurately and consistently
• Ensures designs and visuals meet creative best practices and trends that elevate the brand experience
Primary Responsibilities Include
• Designs visual assets as directed for integrated campaigns.
• Designs visual content that represents the brand strategy and style guides accurately and consistently.
• Ensures all design assets and working files are collected and stored in the appropriate project folder on the server.
• Reviews trends, share findings, and apply creative best practices to content creation.

• Design: Create visual content to effectively share product and brand attributes with target audience.
• Digital Asset Management (DAM): Catalogue, manage, and protect digital assets.
• Digital Development: Catalogue, manage, and protect digital assets.
• Event Management: Manage face-to-face and virtual events that enable contact between Yamaha and potential customers.
• Project Communication Management: Link people (including team members and stakeholders), ideas, and information throughout the project life cycle; include timely generation and collection of information along with its proper dissemination and archival process.
• Social Media: Use social media channels to attract and engage customers, and to promote the brand and products.

Qualifications
Ideal
• Progressive experience as a graphic designer or similar
• Advanced technical skills: Web design, Typography, Design software
• Portfolio of creative work demonstrating successful 360-degree concepting and design skills.
Preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design
• Advanced knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development
• 7+ years proven work experience as a graphic designer or similar

Compensation
- Up to $95,000 per year
- The posted compensation is the base pay.
- This is the hiring range and does not include bonus potential or the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time. Final offers within the posted compensation range are based on qualifications, skills and experience required for the role.
