The role involves a focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining the global deployment of Active Directory, Domain controllers, PKI, and Directory Services within the Identity Access Management Program.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert for authentication and authorization, covering Active Directory, ADFS, and Cloud IAM.
• Administer and maintain Active Directory.
• Manage DNS and support Domain Controllers.
• Provide L3 technical support for critical Directory Services issues.
• Manage and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and 2FA within ADFS.
• Handle day-to-day projects related to Active Directory.
• Manage Group policy, server upgrades, debugging, and security patch applications.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of Enterprise experience supporting Directory Services, including DNS, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (AAD), AADConnect, ADFS 2.0, and various Windows server versions.
• A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Azure and Cloud platforms.
• Industry-related certifications are preferred.

Top 5 Must-Have Skills:

• Expert support for Single Sign-On (SSO) federation protocols (SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OAuth 2.0, OIDC).
• Ability to troubleshoot Directory Services and SSO issues using tools like session tracing.
• Strong multitasking and priority management skills.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of scripting languages, especially PowerShell.
• Subject matter expertise with cloud-based products and services within AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure platforms is preferred.
