The role involves a focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining the global deployment of Active Directory, Domain controllers, PKI, and Directory Services within the Identity Access Management Program.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert for authentication and authorization, covering Active Directory, ADFS, and Cloud IAM.
- Administer and maintain Active Directory.
- Manage DNS and support Domain Controllers.
- Provide L3 technical support for critical Directory Services issues.
- Manage and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and 2FA within ADFS.
- Handle day-to-day projects related to Active Directory.
- Manage Group policy, server upgrades, debugging, and security patch applications.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of Enterprise experience supporting Directory Services, including DNS, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (AAD), AADConnect, ADFS 2.0, and various Windows server versions.
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in Azure and Cloud platforms.
- Industry-related certifications are preferred.
Top 5 Must-Have Skills:
- Expert support for Single Sign-On (SSO) federation protocols (SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OAuth 2.0, OIDC).
- Ability to troubleshoot Directory Services and SSO issues using tools like session tracing.
- Strong multitasking and priority management skills.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of scripting languages, especially PowerShell.
- Subject matter expertise with cloud-based products and services within AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure platforms is preferred.
