Form of workYamaha has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. CRM Analyst to join our YMFC team in either Cypress, CA or Marietta, GA. The Sr. CRM Analyst will be responsible for the development and implementation of the B2B and B2C CRM & Digital strategy for Yamaha Financial Services. This will include, but is not limited to, email/direct mail campaigns, marketing automation, and YMFUS & Y.E.S. website optimization. They will also be responsible for managing CRM & digital vendors as it relates to corporate websites and required CRM software.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop, design, and implement dealer/consumer focused CRM strategies to encompass the customer journey and sales funnel supporting overall YMFUS and YMUS business units’ objectives while collaborating with essential SMEs throughout the process.
- Measures overall CRM & Digital campaign effectiveness. Consistently evaluates campaign performance and uses data to inform future initiatives.
- Manage YMFUS & Yamaha Extended Service (Y.E.S.) websites & associated third party vendors. Consistently measures performance & looks for optimization opportunities. Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to increase traffic and grow brand awareness.
- Understand and work to continuously develop YMFUS dealer/consumer personas through conducting market research and surveys.
- Collaborate with YMUS business units, YMFUS servicing, and captive partners to define and maximize opportunities to share communications and develop joint campaigns based on business needs.
- Provide support to the Marketing team as needed.
- Perform other duties and ad hoc request as assigned.
What you need to be successful
- BA / BS degree in Marketing, Sales, Finance or other related area of study desired.
- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of Marketing and / or Sales experience is required.
- Knowledge of motorsports / recreational industry is a plus.
- Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Must be proficient in MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Some travel required, approximately 10%.
Pay Range: $60,389-$106,284. *Yamaha intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related experience. Base pay is one part of Yamaha’s Total Reward program, our Talent Acquisition Team will share more details as candidates progress.
