WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Responsible for creating engaging digital and print content for various communication channels.
- Designs graphic, photo, and video content for the website, signage, print, email, social media, and internal communication deliverables.
- Leads creative work for major external marketing campaigns under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
- Helps coordinate activities with Honor departments and outside printers, advertisers, and/or vendors to complete projects within scheduled deadlines and ensure developed outputs are of the highest quality.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field; or an equivalent combination training and work experience.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Five to eight years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
- Required experience in graphic design, photography, multimedia production, or related area.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Must have a demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
- Proven skills in graphic design, journalism, copywriting, and editing/proofing.
- Photography and video experience beneficial.
- Must be proficient in design software from the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Must have traditional print and digital media experience, as well as print knowledge.
- Thorough understanding of color theory, typography, layout, branding, and iconography.
- Familiarity with cross platform (PC, Mac, and NTSC) color palette issues.
- Familiarity with internet, web design, output technology, printing press operations, scanning, digital processing.
- Knowledge of Adobe photo and video software beneficial (Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects, Audition).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Be self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong project management skills, well-organized and have an excellent eye for detail.
- Handle issues with tact, diplomacy, and an appropriate sense of urgency.
- Understands and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Must be highly detailed.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
