The Senior Coordinator, Media Sales Planner (SC-MSP) will support a senior-level member of the Strategic Partnerships team responsible for revenue generation across Intersport's broadcast properties. The right candidate will have experience in media planning and/or buying, based on partner-specific KPIs and a strong working knowledge of the media space. The M&SP will focus on the linear, social, and digital elements of Intersport's broadcast properties to effectively position them to media agencies and brand-side media and sponsorship contacts. The right candidate may likely be someone who wants to ascend to a Media Sales position, but the desire to do so is not a requirement for one's candidacy.

Responsibilities
General

- Work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver executional excellence
Media Sales, Planning and Delivery
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset for fostering organic growth in partners' businesses and pursuing new business prospects and development
- Develop partner-/prospect-specific media plans and presentations that set the strategic tone and direction for planning deliverables to effectively position Intersport's media offerings to media buyers and brand-side marketers
- Assist in the implementation and tracking of media plans and provide valuations and assessments to gauge effectiveness
- Actively track delivery of ad schedules and prepare all post-analysis and proof-of-performance
- Manage traffic submissions across the entire Intersport portfolio
- Serve as liaison with our non-linear distribution partners
- Manage billing associated with partner agreements and work with accounting for onboarding of new partners and collection
- Provide administration support and prep and follow-up materials for partner/prospect meetings
Thought Leadership
- Work to become Intersport's thought leader in media buying and planning to provide media insights and recommendations to effectively position Intersport's linear, social, and digital assets and serve as an educational resource to the Strategic Partnerships team on how to best meet partner KPIs
- Collaborate with Insights and Strategy team to develop pre- and post-sales process effectiveness tools including media asset valuations and measurement and ROI analysis
- Work with Creative team to develop sales tools including property-specific video sizzle reels and graphics and partner-/prospect-specific graphics and video recaps
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Two (2) to four (4) years' full-time experience in media planning and/or buying
- Strong knowledge of media buying cycles, experience building media valuations across linear, digital, and social
- Experience in a partner service structure, contributing to the development and management of media programs
- Strong knowledge of media fundamentals and an understanding of key research sources
- Comfort with data, analytics and measurement and the ability to develop and articulate strategic insights
- Knowledge of current trends and innovations in media and passion for sharing such knowledge with colleagues
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills with high-level presentation ability
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively in an entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to travel for business on trips typically lasting between two to five days
