Job Description
This role is designated as a hybrid role which includes working at least 3 days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays) in one of our main offices located in Oak Creek, WI, Deerfield, IL, Maumee, OH, North Olmstead, OH to foster better collaboration, connection, and innovation.
The Senior Consumer Insights Analyst is responsible for cleansing and analyzing consumer data from internal research studies and external data sources such as brand awareness studies, consumer journey research, website traffic, product registrations, etc. and providing recommended insights and actions to key business leaders in the organization. The Senior Consumer Insights Analyst will also be responsible for driving organizational understanding of consumer preferences, demographics, and behavior.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collect, analyze, cleanse, and visualize both internal and external data on consumer and end-user demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify business insights and opportunities.
  • Synthesize Voice of Customer (VOC) and other research data into actionable insights that help brand, category management, channel marketing and other internal partner teams evaluate product opportunities and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage the tracking and reporting of key metrics and insights to the organization, including brand health and awareness, net promoter score, consumer engagement, etc.
  • Work with global brand development team to establish KPIs and then provide reporting, dashboards, insights, and recommendations based on these KPIs to help improve organizational understanding of consumer preferences, demographics, and behavior.
  • Cleanse market research data using data pivots, joins, unions, etc. into a user friendly and ingestible format using tools such as Tableau Prep.
  • Partner with the Data & Analytics teams to deliver new certified data sources enabling Consumer Insights and automated visualizations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics or related field.
  • 3 years' experience in data collection and analytics working with marketing and brand teams, market research, Consumer Insights, or manufacturing product preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Skilled in a range of analytic methods to support an array of marketing and business needs, including frequency and crosstab analysis, clustering and factor analysis, regression analysis and modeling, segmentation, etc.
  • Experience with data visualization software and analysis software (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, SPSS)
  • Experience with data cleansing software (i.e. Alteryx, Tableau Prep, etc.)
  • Experience with website analytics platforms (i.e. Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.) and CRM or CDP tools preferred.
  • Must have initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Possess clear written and presentation skills with ability to confidently present insights to business stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work in fast paced environment and handle multiple projects effectively.
  • Must be able to work cross-functionally throughout the global organization.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tell stories that persuasively deliver key insights
