Overview:The Senior Compensation Analyst conducts analysis and interprets information related to the organization's compensation programs.
This role will pay a salary of $90,000 to $110,000.

- Evaluates the organization's jobs, documenting responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions.
- Contributes organizational data to, and analyzes resutls of, compensation surveys.
- Conduts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organizations pay programs.
- Participates in annual salary administration programs, including salary structure creation and maintenance and development of incentive or salary increase budgets.
- Participates in annual salary increase, promotion and bonus programs.
- Advises management on applicable state and federal employment regulations, compensation policies, human resource procedures, and collective agreements.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Performs work under minimal supervision.
- Handles complex issues and problems, and refers the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience.
- Analytical thinking skills. Mathematical skills. Ability to work as part of a team.
