Overview:
The Senior Compensation Analyst conducts analysis and interprets information related to the organization's compensation programs.

This role will pay a salary of $90,000 to $110,000.

For FT roles: Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluates the organization's jobs, documenting responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions.
  • Contributes organizational data to, and analyzes resutls of, compensation surveys.
  • Conduts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organizations pay programs.
  • Participates in annual salary administration programs, including salary structure creation and maintenance and development of incentive or salary increase budgets.
  • Participates in annual salary increase, promotion and bonus programs.
  • Advises management on applicable state and federal employment regulations, compensation policies, human resource procedures, and collective agreements.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Performs work under minimal supervision.
  • Handles complex issues and problems, and refers the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.
  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience.
  • Analytical thinking skills. Mathematical skills. Ability to work as part of a team.
