Guild is hiring a Compensation Analyst. This role will play an integral role on the Pay team to help build and scale our compensation function to align with our mission to deliver an iconic employee experience, keep Guild in compliance, and partner with internal stakeholders on compensation matters. Our compensation programs are a fundamental component of the People Team's mission to ensure that employees feel valued and rewarded for their contributions to the success of the company.

As Compensation Analyst, you will:

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners to support any business and hiring needs for new hire, promotion, and transfer offers, partnering with the Compensation Manager for reviews as needed
  • Complete analysis for job evaluations and initial slotting into the compensation framework in partnership with the Compensation Manager
  • Conduct annual survey participation, benchmarking and salary range analysis, including analysis for our Member Services team and Guild's early childcare center,The Beehive
  • Assist with the annual pay cycle and mid-year promotion process
  • Prepare the monthly equity grant list for review
  • Own compensation data audits and work with the HRIS team to automate reporting needs
  • Ensure compensation resources are kept up-to-date on our employee resource platform, Compensation Central
  • Ad hoc analysis and reporting

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

Required Competencies

  • At least 2 years of compensation experience & a strong understanding of compensation foundations
  • Advanced analytical skills; specifically using Excel and Google Sheets
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, as well as work collaboratively with a wide variety of employees, management and teams
  • Ability to organize, plan and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail while managing numerous complex projects and priorities to meet deadlines successfully
  • Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and the ability to detect inconsistencies in data
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with minimal direction needed

Preferred Competencies

  • CCP a plus
  • HRIS experience; specifically with Workday is even better

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $80,000 - $102,500, as well as company stock options.
