Ultimate Kronos Group is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Commission Analyst to join our New Logo Sales Finance team. The right candidate will thrive in a highly visible individual contributor role supporting New Logo Sales with commission/incentive analytics, payment calculations, and support activities required for the development, implementation, and administration of sales commission plans, policies, and quotas. This role will be responsible for working with multiple levels of the business, including Senior Management and the Finance organization to produce and enhance internal management reporting and analytics.

Job Responsibilities
• Maintain and administer commission plans/processes for various commissionable employees
• Process and prepare monthly/quarterly sales commissions accruals and payouts along with commission expense GL entries as needed
• Analyze and report on commission payouts compared to budget and quarterly forecasts
• Serve as a business partner to various Sales groups in responding to commissions and bonus inquiries
• Ensure adherence of commission payments as outlined in plan and when applicable, resolve reconciliation issues
• Prepare and track data for special incentive programs related to Company initiatives
• Complete special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed
Qualifications
• Ability to work with highly confidential and sensitive data with exceptional attention to detail and analytical/problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently under general supervision while keeping supervisor informed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to establish harmonious working relationships with co-workers and to work effectively in a professional team environment
Education/Certification/License
• Business Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Finance or Accounting in a software company
