JOB HIGHLIGHTS
This role will focus on recruiting experienced Physician Anesthesiologists in the Houston, TX region. This is a hybrid position and candidates should reside in the Houston metro area.
- In collaboration with the regional recruitment team, actively engage with hiring managers and clinical leadership committees, providing an ongoing status of overall activities and candidates.
- Working with the local and national USAP recruitment team, help maintain our pipeline of experienced Physician candidates
- Facilitate a close relationship with the 3 area anesthesia residency programs to ensure a robust pipeline of future anesthesiologists
- Collaborate with the regional business and clinical leaders to establish recruitment project plans and manage the execution and completion of those plans
- Execute sourcing campaigns and enrich candidate pipelines in our CRM.
- Assist in the rollout and execution of recruitment projects and initiatives.
- Assist in scheduling, attending, and managing recruitment events.
- In collaboration with the regional HR team, ensure that candidates start on time, with all preparation completed so the clinical new hire is ready on day 1.
- Assist in constructing and distributing detailed reports for Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Clinical Leadership teams.
- Provide as-needed recruitment support to the National Talent Acquisition team.
- Assure confidentiality of all employee information, using discretion when working with documents of a sensitive nature.
- Travel up to 15%
EXPERIENCE:
- Prefer 4-7 years of clinical (direct patient care) recruitment experience, or experience in clinical recruitment operations HR, or business operations
- Solid attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to communicate effectively to key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data to solve various reporting needs.
- Experience with iCIMS, Beamery, Workday, or similar systems is ideal
