Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a large plaintiff-side litigation law firm that represents regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies across various industries in both federal and state courts. We specialize in Wage & Hour, Class Actions, Complex Litigation, the Private Attorneys General Act, the California Labor Code, and Labor & Employment.
We seek an experienced Case Manager to serve as the liaison between medical providers and the clients. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, have excellent interpersonal skills, and can multitask effectively. This position will be out of our headquarters in Glendale, California. At this time we are not offering a hybrid schedule. This is a full-time position in the office Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Handle various pre-litigation cases such as auto collisions, dog bites, slips and falls, premises liability, pedestrian accidents, and government claims.
- Opening claims, sending representation letters, setting clients up with medical providers and managing appointments, running policy limits, requesting police reports, sending D.M.V. documents, requesting medical records and bills, and confirming medical balances.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and understand the importance of responding quickly to the client's needs.
- Assisting clients with their property damage claims
- Monitor and maintain client treatment portfolio.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 6 years of case management experience in either Employment or Personal Injury Law
- Consistency in attendance and punctuality
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and use case management software
- Motivated self-starter who takes initiative to see tasks through to completion
- A passion to learn and grow and be a part of a collaborative and collegial environment

- Compensation: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
