Liberty Healthcare Corporation is now hiring for a full-time Application Manager position.
In this role you will work closely with Liberty Healthcare’s Solutions Director and Chief Information Officer.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as a primary Liberty Technology Solutions (LTS) point of contact for program leadership of assigned areas of responsibility, managing the engagement of resources across LTS to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Continuously collaborating with program leadership to understand program needs and the best approach to delivering a deliverable and responsive solution.
- Maintaining and enhancing application infrastructure for assigned programs and systems, working in conjunction with and at the direction of Solutions Management.
- Customer-facing engagement with key stakeholders as needed to ensure alignment of capabilities to needs.
- Managing / supervising assigned staff and contractors assigned to support deployment or support activities.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements / commitments.
- Establishing, documenting, and managing stakeholder expectations regarding delivery scope and timeline
- Continually evaluating current LTS processes to identify areas for increased value, additional efficiency and cost savings
- Maintaining awareness of and currency in the technology and solution provider ecosystem to inform Liberty consideration of new or replacement platforms and solutions.
- Coordinating with the Information Security Officer (ISO), to ensure data security and system resiliency consistent with policy, regulation, and business requirements.
- Developing processes and implementing procedures to increase the quality of services of Liberty Healthcare Quality Management program.

You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:
- 5+ years of experience working with and managing commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions
- 4+ years of managing diverse and rapidly evolving information technology platforms and services in the healthcare market with suppliers and / or customer organizations
- 2+ years of experience managing the introduction and deployment of new end-user solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Sciences or a related business degree, or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into alternative solution strategies and architectures, working in partnership with business leaders
- Experience working with highly configurable application platforms, including design, development, deployment, migration and ongoing support
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation communications skills
- Proven ability to document and convey technical topics to non-technical audiences – internal and customer-facing
- Knowledge of Microsoft technology stack and related application portfolio, including familiarity with the Office 365 suite of applications and related services, including (i.e., SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype, Teams, PowerBI, etc.)
- Experience with LTS Solution delivery and support in a business setting reflective of the specific assignment
- Deep understanding of supporting Office desktop applications
