Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Remote
W2 Contract Duration: March 18, 2024 - December 31, 2024 (Likely to extend)
Pay: $55 - $69/hr (DOE) + Benefits
Description:
This position plays a pivotal role within our client's organization. As a consultant on our team, you will champion consumer-centricity within our newly established Customer Communications Center of Excellence (COE), driving seamless execution across all external consumer communications. We seek a collaborative team player to assist in implementing a scalable omni-channel customer communications management capability and operating model across multiple lines of business. With direct ownership of platform implementations, you'll partner closely with IT and vendor teams, contributing to the COE's initial build-out and its ongoing evolution over the next 2-4 years. Responsibilities:
- Assess and interpret customer requirements provided by Correspondence Operations Project Management partners.
- Identify and revise letter templates to meet customer requirements.
- Utilize content management systems according to best practices outlined by managers and project managers.
- Prioritize tasks and provide accurate timelines to project managers or managers.
- Ensure zero-defect outcome on printed letters by clarifying requirements and providing explanations directly to partners.
- Provide project status updates to project managers and managers within established timelines.
- Assist in creating test plans/scenarios, as needed, to ensure requirements are fully met.
- Act as a resource for team members with less experience, providing training and guidance.
- Identify strategies for improving letter templates to be utilized by the team.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of business systems analysis experience.
- 1-2 years of HTML or coding experience.
- 1-2 years of Quadient Inspire experience.
- Experience in process mapping, testing, and reporting.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to resolve non-standard requests and complex problems.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and driving detailed solutions to completion.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Expertise in GMC/Quadient Inspire Designer ICM, Inspire Automation, Interactive, and workflow engine.
- Experience in digital campaign management, specifically email and SMS channels.
- Knowledge of PBM/healthcare operations or experience in a highly regulated consumer industry.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent platforms.
- Experience with postal design requirements and print manufacturing environment.
- Supervisory experience leading technical business resources.
- Experience in crafting CBAs and presenting to executive leadership.
- Familiarity with customer communication management software/platforms.
