Fusion HCR is hiring a Business Analyst. Our client is a large casino/hospitality company looking to add a member to their team! This is a contract to hire opportunity!

- Responsible for the creation and implementation of business processes, workflow, technology solutions and technology frameworks within a business organization.
- Identifies and defines business needs; providing detailed gap analysis, identifying opportunities for business workflow improvement.
- Performs analysis and investigative work to determine and document business requirements and specifies effective business processes through improvements in information systems, information management, practice, procedures.
- Determines requirements using interviews, business process descriptions, user stories, use cases, source to target diagrams, operational models and workflow analysis.
- Serves as liaison and resource between Business Analyst team and client success managers, developers, and other project team members throughout each phase of the process to help clarify and/or resolve issues related to requirement, design, testing and acceptance specifications as subject matter expert..
- Develops, reviews and approves technical documentation.
- 5 years of experience in a job-related field, exhibiting knowledge of business analytical skills, organizational skills, problem resolution, and documentation. Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university in a related field is preferred
- 5 years of experience gathering system requirements from users and business owners, translating them into detailed requirements documentation, ensuring that business rules are clearly defined through workflow diagrams, business needs are documented and validating that limitations or risks are understood.
- Interacts directly with business for management of technical specifications and new initiatives.
- Maintains strong departmental experience preferably including cross functional experience and a willingness to learn operational process.
- Maintains excellent relationship management and project management skills.
- Maintains good business acumen and a pro-active approach to problem solving.
- Computer proficiency including the Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and online project management.
