The purpose of this position is to manage all project timelines and deliverables for the Informatics team. This individual will work with the Sr. Director of Data Strategy and Informatics and the rest of the team on managing projects, documentation, and quality assurance.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
- Manages all project timelines and deliverables for the Informatics team
- Works with the teams to document processes, procedures, business requirements, and workflow for data governance
- Works with other teams to ensure project collaboration and quality
- Provides hands on support with ad-hoc analysis and other projects
- Sets goals and achieve measurable results
- Contributes ideas to plans and achieving department goals

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Years of Experience and Knowledge
- Minimum of 6-years’ experience in a healthcare environment
- Minimum of 6-years’ experience in Project Management
- Working knowledge and experience in healthcare analytics and outcomes reporting
Education, Licenses, and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required
Skills and Abilities
- Advanced level Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills
- 10% ~ 15% travel
- Strong Internet research capabilities
- Strong ability to manage all project timelines and deliverables.

Salary range for this position: Salary $64,900 - $81,100. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to: relevant experience, qualifications, expertise, certifications, licenses, education or equivalent work experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
Work Schedule (may vary to meet business needs): Monday~Friday, 7.5 hours per day (37.5 hours per week) with potential for hybrid work-from-home arrangement.
