Job Summary
We are looking for individual to join our client’s team as Business Analyst. You will work on multiple projects that support the mission of the Clients.
Job Description
- This position performs advanced, senior-level business analysis work.
- The position may support more than one project or be assigned to special projects at any time.
- The Business Analyst serves as the conduit between the program/customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow.
- This BA will be involved at some level throughout the entire software development life cycle. Upon establishment of the requirements baseline, the focus is shifted towards the management of the requirements specification and verifying the fulfillment of all requirements, including requirements for enhancements post-implementation.
Skills Required
- Must have Unemployment Insurance experience
- 3 to 5 years’ experience with Unemployment Insurance (Tax and/or Benefits)
- Experience working with users to define and develop business requirements
- Experience developing use cases and mapping back to requirements for traceability purposes
- Experience executing both manual and automated testing of functional, user acceptance and data conversion,
- Experience developing/executing test scripts based on the review of business requirements/use cases
- Experience with logging test script results and defects
- Experience with MS Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in dealing with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Not necessary to relocate, but 25-50% travel to client sites may be required
Additional Requirements
- Typically onsite in Nevada at least one week a month, so travel would definitely be required.
