ROLE SUMMARY
The Global Information Security (GIS) organization delivers proactive cyber defense for the global Pfizer enterprise. The Sr. AssociateSecurity Data Specialist is accountable for ensuring the Information, Security, Awareness & Response (ISAR) team maintains operational excellence, by developing automations, ensuring the code is operational, and the outcomes are measurable and reliable. This role will be responsible for identifying, implementing, managing, and utilizing the platforms used to support ISAR automated data collections, processing, analysis, delivery, and reporting.
The candidate must have a demonstrated aptitude to rapidly apply expertise in a complex business and technical environment with previous experience with agile methodologies, investigations, analysis and security, eDiscovery / digital forensic technologies is required.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sr. AssociateSecurity Data Specialist will manage the ISAR review environment and data accuracy. This role will also be responsible for streamlining the collection and review process.
  • Develop, design, and maintain automations in various ISAR platforms via their APIs.
  • Oversee and validate data collection, processing & review, metrics and automation processes.
  • Manage internal/external counsel expectations on data processing & review.
  • Candidate will be required to stay up to date with current digital forensic / eDiscovery technologies and capabilities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • BS in Computer Sciences, Information Security, Information Systems, Engineering, Sciences, or commensurate professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing Data Processing & Review platforms such as Relativity, Brainspace, Nuix, etc.
  • Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) framework and Digital Forensics processes.
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Ability to work with internal / external counsel for search term development, data tagging and reporting.
  • Attention to detail and QC for data processing and review.
  • Manage the team's system for processing& review.
  • Coordinate with ISAR and Legal/Compliance team members as needed to complete or assist with completing projects.
  • Ability to create and report on performance and matter related metrics.
  • Work closely with investigation leads to execute all stages of data collection, review, and processing.
  • Forensic collection from all relevant repositories, including Laptop/PC, Cloud Repositories and File Shares.
  • Coordinate with the investigations team and Legal/Compliance team to prepare data for document review and analysis.
  • Proficiency with project managing applications and the ability to prioritize work that needs to be completed.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive, efficient, and resourceful with exceptional follow-through skills.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage workloads, multiple customer demands, and shifting priorities within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated experience researching and solving challenging technical issues.
  • Ability to communicate expectations with key stakeholders and team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a cross-functional team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Agile Project Management experience
  • Experience developing playbooks in a Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platform.
  • Familiarity with forensic and incident response tools and applications used to perform various types of analysis (EnCase, Nuix, FTK, Redline, SIFT Workstation, Log2Timeline, etc.)
  • Software development experience in Python and/or Java, with application servers, relational databases, message queues, REST/JSON and SOAP web services.
  • Experience developing applications that integrate between multiple systems is a strong plus. Key technologies here: SOAP or REST or other APIs; message queues (ActiveMQ, STOMP, AMQP, MQSeries, RabbitMQ).
  • Strong application and infrastructure knowledge. E.g., PostgresSQL, git, bash and PowerShell scripting, SSL/TLS certificates, SAM, IMAP, LDAP, Active Directory, SSO.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $74,900.00 to $124,800.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
