In this vital role you will be an integral member of a truly dynamic and exciting platform team that provides services to multi-functional teams from different business functions and various countries in a complex organization with differences in language, culture, and time zones.
Key responsibilities include:
As a system owner, oversee architecture, strategy, maintenance, and operations of the Amgen's GxP Automated Test Platform (OpenText ALM) in alignment with Amgen's city planning strategy.
Manage roadmap and lifecycle of the ALM services ensuring reliability, security, and compliance of its services to the Amgen testing teams
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to the peer architects, internal COE, and partners in driving enhancements and innovation around the testing platform
Establish guidelines, processes & tools and provide technical guidance to ensure seamless consumption of testing services
Responsible for writing/reviewing/approving validation artifacts such as Validation Plan, OQ, PQ, and Val Summary reports for any operations and projects
Mature and maintain appropriate testing suite service metrics, key performance indicators, key risk indicators, and service level agreements and accountable for communicating key updates and test service consumption to the management for auditing and reporting purposes
Develop a deep understanding of business needs, processes, and environment to enforce GxP compliance, data governance, and security policies as they are applicable to the MicroFocus Testing platform
Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and use of company QA approved GxP policies and procedures
Define SOP for ALM services and how it adheres to Quality standards and QMS document management process.
Support project leadership teams to utilize the ALM services for validation decisions, participate in software implementations, analyze risk-based testing, and participate in vendor recommendations!
Oversee end-to-end operations of LoadRunner Cloud, encompassing setup, scripting, execution, result analysis, and flawless integration of performance testing into the development lifecycle through collaboration with project teams.

Basic Qualifications:
Master’s degree
OR
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of business analysis experience
Or
Associate’s degree and 6 years of business analysis experience
Or
High school diploma / GED and 8 years of business analysis experience

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
