Role Summary
We seek a highly skilled and experienced User Experience and Change Management Senior Associate to join our dynamic team. As a member of our organization, you will be crucial in driving user-centric design and facilitating successful Change Management initiatives. You will use your expertise in User Experience design, Change Management, and communications to work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall User Experience and ensure the smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
Responsibilities for the Sr. Associate include developing and executing User Experience strategies, conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and validating designs through usability testing. The role also involves leading Change Management initiatives, developing plans and materials, facilitating training sessions, and monitoring effectiveness. Strong stakeholder management skills are crucial, including building relationships, communication, and advocating for user-centered design and Change Management best practices. Candidates should have relevant education and experience, including knowledge of user research techniques, including conducting and analyzing results from focus groups, transaction surveys, usability testing, and customer satisfaction surveys. This role also uses experience with design tools and requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Role Responsibilities:
1. User Experience Strategy and Design:
- Develop and execute User Experience strategies, ensuring business goals and objectives are aligned.
- Conduct user research, gather insights, and analyze user feedback to drive continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs.
- Utilize usability testing and other evaluation methods to validate designs and optimize User Experiences.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in User Experience design.
2. Change Management:
- Lead Change Management initiatives and ensure smooth transitions during technology and process implementations.
- Develop Change Management plans, including communication strategies, training materials, and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure end-users have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Change Management initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
3. Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and end-users.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and provide updates on User Experience and Change Management initiatives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for collaboration and alignment between User Experience and Change Management efforts.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and Change Management best practices within the organization.
- Have comfortability in being the face of the team and own processes in multiple meetings with leadership while obtaining successful outcomes.
4. Communications:
- Develop and implement communication strategies, including identifying target audiences, crafting key messages, and determining appropriate channels.
- Create and deliver compelling content tailored to the target audience across different mediums.
- Manage internal and external communications, ensure consistent messaging, and disseminate information to stakeholders.
- Maintain brand consistency, adhering to guidelines and reflecting the organization's values and image.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with three years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree with one year of relevant experience; OR Associate's degree with six years of relevant experience; OR Eight years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in User Experience design, Change Management, or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of user research techniques, user-centered design principles, and usability testing methodologies, including focus groups, transaction surveys, and customer satisfaction surveys., and user-centered design principles
- Proficiency in using design and prototyping tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, InVision)
- Participate in Workday releases to identify and support Change Management impacts
- ServiceNow support:
  • Design and develop guided tours and campaigns
  • Support content optimization efforts
  • Extract, analyze, and understand content metrics

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- High integrity and adaptability and a team player with a solid global collaboration mindset
- Self-driven by high personal performance standards and energized by challenging, fast-paced growth environments
- Requires advanced experience in writing internal communications
- Requires excellent written and verbal English language skills

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $67,400.00 to $112,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
