Sr. Associate, Corporate Real Estate Consulting

We are looking for an Sr. Associate to work on exciting and challenging Real Estate Consulting engagements. The ideal candidate will possess project management skills and a background in Real Estate, finance, land use/urban palling, economic development, and related consulting fields. The candidate should be self-motivated and will maintain strong analytic and critical thinking skills.

The Sr. Associate position will assist the successful execution of consulting engagements/projects on complex Real Estate projects that include, but are not limited to:

Market analysis, portfolio analysis, strategy and optimization, full Corporate Real Estate responsibilities, Real Estate program management, Real Estate department advisory, corporate acquisitions and dispositions and internal/external team management.

You will also have the opportunity to support DEODATE's business development efforts.

The position will work under the supervision of our Associate Vice President, the Sr. Vice President of Corporate Real Estate, and our CEO.

DEODATE clients include: Fortune 500 Companies, Global 1000 companies, mid-cap companies, local, county, and State agencies, Corporate Real Estate Developers, public/private utilities, Real Estate private equity groups, unified school districts and Universities.

REQUIREMENTS & DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, business, project management, finance, marketing, engineering, accounting or like discipline required (liberal arts degrees will also be accepted with applicants demonstrating strong understanding of financial modeling)
• Master's Degree in business (MBA), urban planning or related fields preferred but not required
• 1+ years experience preferred, recent college (BA/BS or MA/MS/MBA) graduates also invited to apply when demonstrating strong overall qualifications.
• Strong understanding of financial models related to Real Estate valuation
• Management consulting experience a plus
• Licensed Real Estate salesperson or broker in the State of Missouri a plus
• Comfortable with entire Microsoft Office Suite and Google Business Products
• Valid State-issued Driver's License
• Attention to detail and ability see tasks through on time and on budget

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
