Senior Associate Commerce Marketing Manager - Luxury Wine - this position can be remote within the United States with travel to our Modesto, CA headquarters as needed.

We are seeking a visionary Commerce (Shopper) Marketing Manager to steer the annual marketing strategy for our distinguished brands, crafting programs that elevate consumer awareness and drive conversions in a varied landscape that spans on-premise, retail, and digital domains. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of innovative marketing programs, blending elements such as point-of-sale materials, digital campaigns, strategic partnerships, and creative activations to align with our brand visions. Your leadership will be instrumental in activating these brands through our Integrated Marketing Planning Process (IMP), ensuring each campaign resonates deeply with our target audience while remaining grounded in insightful, data-driven strategies. Your responsibilities will stretch from conceptualizing go-to-market and activation strategies to executing these plans with precision and creativity. You'll navigate the intricacies of the consumer decision journey, leveraging your deep understanding to craft compelling sales materials and scalable programs that not only meet budgetary guidelines but also drive significant market share gains through breakthrough programming. As a key influencer across functional teams, your ability to write inspiring briefs, manage projects adeptly, and serve as a subject matter expert will ensure our brands stand out in a competitive marketplace. You will foster a culture of intrapreneurship and ownership, encouraging bold thinking and innovation while holding yourself and others to the highest standards of accountability and efficiency.

What You Will Need:
- Master’s degree plus 4 years of communications, finance, marketing, supply chain/supply planning, process development, new product development, project management, CPG shopper marketing or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of years of communications, finance, marketing, supply chain/supply planning, process development, new product development, project management, CPG shopper marketing or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of Gallo experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Required to travel up to 40% of the time to perform job duties.
- Experience effectively presenting information to top management, public groups and boards of directors.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

What You Will Set You Apart:
- Master of Business Administration degree plus 5 years of Gallo brand marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration plus 7 years of marketing, sales, winery operations, data analytics/sales development or supply chain experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience with end consumer and retail trade consumer product marketing.
Compensation:
- Hiring salary range posted: $97,020 - $161,800 / year
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
