Corporate Accounting is looking for a Sr. Associate Accountant to join our Expense Management Team. In this role, you'll work with all areas of the company and be a liaison to specific service center business units on expense related items.

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

$51000 - $98400 / year

This role offers in-office, and hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You'll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.

Corporate Accounting is looking for a Sr. Associate Accountant to join our Expense Management Team. In this role, you'll work with all areas of the company and be a liaison to specific service center business units on expense related items.
- Using PeopleSoft, run and maintain the total company expense allocation process for both actual and forecasted expenses.
- Serve as a contact to service center business unit partners working to collect and input actual and forecast data, ensure accuracy of data, complete variance analysis and ad hoc reporting.
- Serve as a contact to service center business unit partners to provide allocation expertise, allocation analysis, allocation research and answer general questions.
- Assist, understand, communicate and provide expertise to service center business units on expense allocation driver updates and impacts.
- Prepare, analyze, research, and communicate financial information to ensure accurate reporting and/or control functions.
- Establish, analyze, and review accounting procedures to ensure the integrity of information.
- Work on ad hoc projects within the Expense Management Team.
- Provide ad hoc expense reporting for service center business unit leadership, enterprise FP&A team and other business partners.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience required.
- 2+ years of related experience required.
- Expense background is highly desired (including allocations and tools)
- CPA or other applicable certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills as well as attention to detail is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
