The role of the Senior Associate is to lead and oversee the successful completion of projects of all sizes, from start to finish, that effectively address our global client's business challenges. The Senior Associate must possess an expert-level understanding of project management methodologies to effectively manage complex, multi-phase projects and deliver integrated marketing campaigns. Other key responsibilities include defining project approaches, creating project plans, meeting profitability goals, and identifying opportunities to expand existing business partnerships.
Qualifications
- Project management experience
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in project management, advertising, marketing, business administration, communications and /or procurement
- Experience managing multiple tracks of a project as an integrated program with differing timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
- Ability to effectively balance longer-term strategic issues with day-to-day tactical project issues.
- Experience leading and motivating a cross-functional project team and schedule constraints while meeting or exceeding clients' expectations.
- Be able to use/learn computer programs, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Outlook, and other in-house systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, flexible, able to adapt to unique situations and projects, and thrive in changing dynamic environments.
- A professional, high degree of diplomacy and business intelligence
Responsibilities
- Work on Ad Hoc Client Requests
- Lead internal communication to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Capture and socialize meeting recaps.
- Schedule and lead internal project status meetings
- Manage internal process workflow and facilitating resource assignments / allocations
- Developing and maintaining schedules and timelines
- Tracking of multiple workstreams and waves
- Communicating accurate, timely updates of all project developments to internal team and client when appropriate.
Compensation Range: $37,000 - $65,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
