Compensation:
Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000/year DOE
What You'll Be Doing:
Ensuring accurate balancing of deposits, receipts, and cash logs
Resolving unidentified receipts and cash receipt difficulties
Performing functions in bank lockbox deposit and credit card merchant portals
Assisting with accounts receivable reporting and ad hoc projects
Maintaining excellent filing systems
What You'll Need to be Considered:
3-5 years of directly related accounts receivable experience
Proficiency in credit and collections, basic accounting principles, and financial analysis
Strong communication and customer service skills
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
