Sr. Accountant- Alameda, CA
Our company is looking for an experienced Sr. Accountant, preferably with experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker, accurate, technology savvy with good communication skills. We are an established Construction company with a high-volume work load. We are looking for a self-starter who will take the initiative to complete the necessary work in a timely manner. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel will be necessary. A Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, and/or equivalent experience in AP, AR, job costing, month-end close, and accounting reconciliation. Experience with Sage Timberline 300, Construction Industry, Time and Material invoicing is a plus. This position will report to the CFO and Controller.
