Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification preferred.
8+ years of progressive experience in accounting roles, with a focus on month-end close processes, inventory management, and cost analysis.
Strong understanding of GAAP principles and accounting standards.
Experience in managing and leading a team.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
