Job Description
Work Schedule: Hybrid- 3 days in office, 2 from home each week.
Pay: Max salary $72,000.00
Looking to Hire/start: ASAP
How you will contribute:
- Compile regional financial statement preparation and analysis
- Creation of intercompany transactions, including loans and invoicing
- Calculate rollforward and reconciliation of related party external intercompany transactions
- Managing IRFS 16 lease accounting
- Reconciling payroll tax and net pay accruals with bank transactions
- Preparing and posting journal entries in SAP
- Develop fixed asset and documentation
- Facilitating the month-end accounting close process
- Correct inaccuracies and coach and review the work of others
- Completing monthly accounts reconciliations
- Perform as a backup for the General Accounting Manager
- Supporting external audit requests
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- 7+ years’ of experience performing duties outlined above
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Preferable experience in financial analysis
- Knowledge of large ERP system (SAP, Oracle, BPC, HFM) is strongly preferred
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks; strong communication and problem-solving skills, timeliness and accuracy in execution are essential
