Position: Sr. Account Manager
Hughes Media is a growing, independently owned, full-service digital marketing agency based in Atlanta, GA. Hughes Media has established a well-known presence in the Home Services space, as home service companies make up around 50% of our clients. Hughes Media is known for driving leads and raising brand awareness. We’re passionate about our clients and we’re just as passionate about our growing team! We are currently looking for a dynamic leader to help continue growth.
We are looking for a passionate Sr. Account Manager who can provide customized strategic and practical inputs to boost our overall digital marketing efforts. You will have the opportunity to help us assist our clients from various industries in promoting and improving their online marketing procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Study the business profile and operations to understand its marketing needs.
- Conduct marketing research to identify current trends and opportunities.
- Brainstorm to come up with new, creative, and innovative growth strategies according to objectives and budget.
- Provide suggestions to improve the organization or client’s current process in areas like SEO, Email Marketing, PPC, Website Design, Social Media, Branding, etc.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide effective suggestions and insights to ensure appropriate adoptions.
- Identify and develop new effective ways for the organization to engage with clients and invite new ones by analyzing and evaluating the current market strategy.
- Monitor ongoing marketing projects and analyze all digital campaigns' performance and results.
- Write detailed reports, proposals, and marketing plans.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and share best practices knowledge and insights.
- Manage relationships with clients.
- Requirements:
- Must have at least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant studies.
- At least 10 years of proven work experience as a digital marketing strategist/consultant or similar role.
- Experience managing accounts (not in a sales role)
- Experience with companies from various industries.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
- Able to effectively and creatively write proposals and reports.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
