THE PURPOSE:
As the Sr. Account Executive you will drive sales by building and improving relationships with current accounts, as well as bringing new customers and opportunities. You will be responsible for executing sales strategies and maintaining and developing customers to achieve sales and margin goals.
THE ROLE (what you are accountable for)
- Managing sales and gross margin for select men’s off-price accounts independently.
- Work collaboratively with a team to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers.
- Analyze sales, present lines to buyer and place buys with merchants/production.
- Strong and constant communication line with merchants on all product needs. Constantly driving newness and elevation in all classifications.
- Negotiate and close ATS/Inventory deals daily maximizing sales and profitability.
- Work closely with planning on OTB and reacting to a fast-paced business model.
- Responsible for tracking sales and margin against LY and budget on a bi-weekly basis.
- Maximize account and brand profitability; identify and react to new opportunities.
- Oversee all aspects of shipping in partnership with Customer Service. Unconfirmed orders, extensions, late WIP, oversolds etc.
- Keep abreast of competitive selling information. Including store branching trips.
- Build concrete business plans and strategies in partnership with OP VP to generate incremental volume YOY.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years Sr. Account Executive in an Off-Price Wholesale environment.
- Advanced Retail Math experience required.
- Strong analytical and time management skills and a demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to confidently present to customers, peers and management.
- Track record of hitting and exceeding sales and margin goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable with roughly 30% travel.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- BA/BS degree.
- Previous experience working with denim.
- Previous experience with Major OP retailers, preferably with men’s apparel.
- Experience with Full Circle.
BONUS: Compensation includes salary, commission and bonus
