We are adding to our Digital Solutions team an iSeries Programmer Analyst that will provide support for complex issues within our SilverLake, CIF 20/20, and CORE Director platforms using a case management system. Candidates will be focused on customer support by using their coding experience to fix base code, correct programming errors, bug fixes and troubleshooting. Our team provides technical support for our SilverLake, CIF 20/20, and CORE Director customers using the NetTeller and Banno digital banking products for both in-house and outsourced customers. This team is also responsible for developing and unit testing as well as other requests by bank institutions.
This position will be filled to work at remotely within the U.S.
The target salary range for this position is $62,424 - $90,000, based on location and experience.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Keep customers informed of all enhancements, troubleshooting, and fixes.
- Provide programming support for various interfaces.
- Troubleshoot and debug existing code.
- Develop programming code for new and/or existing software enhancements.
- Unit test and review programming to discover any errors and confirm the programs meet required specifications. Utilize conversion and software implementation plans; implements newly created code and fixes into existing software.
- Collaborate with other departments, customer IT personnel, and 3rd party technology partners.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you'll need to have:
- A minimum of 4 years of programming or IBM iOS experience.
- Experience with one, or a combination of, RPG III, RPG IV/ILE, RPG Free and CL.
- Ability to work 9am – 6pm CST shift Monday through Friday.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation to support customers after normal business hours including weekends.
- Ability to travel up to 5% to attend JHA meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.
What would be nice for you to have:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Management.
- Experience in technical customer support or technical development.
- Experience with GCP and/or JIRA .
