As a Resident Aide, you will learn hands on skills to help residents with everything from personal care to skill building. This role will offer you the opportunity top become part of individual's lives and make personal connections. Working in the human services field and direct support professional environment, joining our team will give you the chance to make a difference.
Full-time positions available in 1st (6am-2:30pm), 2nd (2:00 pm-10:30 pm) and 3rd shifts (10pm-630am).
Part-time positions available: 1st (8am-2pm) & 2nd (2pm-8pm) Thursday-Sunday, and 3rd (10pm-6:30am) Monday-Friday.
Pay differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
You will work every other weekend and some holidays. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50lbs. High School Diploma or GED required.
Starting Wage is $15.00/hr

Objective: Under the direction of the Program Supervisor and the supervision of the Wing Supervisor, provide day to day care of individuals served and assist in the development and maintenance of self-help skills in those individuals.
