PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE - (2nd Shift) - $16.50, no experience required (fast advancement opportunities!) with bonus potential.
4-Day Workweek (40 hours) - Monday -Thursday, 1 pm start, average 10-hour workdays

This role shall work in a team environment with other Associates and Operators on the production line to produce high-quality sport surface products. Adherence to production goals, safety requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are key to performing this job successfully.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Self-starter; must be willing to work in a team environment.
- Willing to work OT and/or some weekends as required.
- Experience working in an ambient temperature manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Must be able to work on your feet, bend, stoop, and lift consistently for all scheduled hours.
- Must be able to manipulate and move material weighing up to 100 lbs. either rolling, lifting or using hand cart.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND CONDITIONS:
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to solve straightforward problems with a few concrete variables.
- Must possess hand-eye coordination necessary to operate machines and perform essential duties.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Willingness to be trained and perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and cleaning of equipment and the facility, as required
