Job Description

JCC Greater Boston is seeking a seasonal Sports Camp Counselor for two weeks of the summer. As part of this dynamic team, the successful candidate will enhance each camper’s skills in a variety of sports. He/She/They will also work alongside other Camp Counselors to ensure a safe and fun environment for the campers. JCC Greater Boston is a vibrant, welcoming workplace with a strong feeling of teamwork and a shared sense of making a difference.

While we prefer candidates who are available for both weeks, we have the option for candidates to work one week or both. The camp day is 8:30 AM – 4 PM, Monday through Friday.

This position will pay in the range of $15 - $18/hr. as a starting salary. The salary offered will ultimately be determined by the hours the employee will work, the scope of the position, the candidate’s relevant experience, and internal equity. Additionally, we offer complimentary access to the JCC Greater Boston facility in Newton – offering indoor swimming, classes, and workout facilities.
