What you’ll do…
- You will, with guidance, perform tasks associated with the upgrade and splicing of Copper Cables (Copper 710 Splicing)
- You will, with guidance, maintain proper inventory on vehicle based on work assignment
- You will assemble equipment according to design specifications
- You will test, activate, and troubleshoot equipment after installation
- You will maintain proper inventory on vehicle based on work assignment
- You will assemble equipment according to design specifications
- You will install/repair Fiber lines in trenches and/or pedestals using various hand tools
- You will prepare paperwork to track daily production, and accurately record completed work on job site blueprints
Who we are looking for…
- You will have 0-1 or more years experience as a cooper splicer with experience on outside plant or system installations while working from blueprints, specifications, and system documentation
- You will have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You are able to lift up to 80 lbs
