Speech Therapist

Schuyler Hospital is looking to hire a full time Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist. The Speech Language Pathologist position is a professional position encompassing assessment of patient's speech, language, and swallowing function, psychological, emotional, educational and spiritual needs. The SLP will be responsible for speech, language and swallowing therapy evaluation and treatment in accordance with physician referral. Other responsibilities include instructing and educating speech students, the community and supervising rehab aides. The SLP will be highly motivated to continue development of clinical skills and remain current with research in the field. The SLP will effectively provide person centered care and services.
